Hello QT Studio Launch Giveaway | Official Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

Eligibility

The Hello QT Studio Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are planning a wedding in 2026 or 2027. Entrants must reside in a location where custom design services from Hello QT Studio can reasonably be provided. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Employees, collaborators, or immediate family members of Hello QT Studio are not eligible.

Entry Requirements

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  • Submit the entry form with a valid email address

  • Follow Hello QT Studio on Instagram and TikTok

  • Provide accurate wedding details requested in the entry form

Entrants may receive one additional entry per platform by commenting on the official giveaway post on Instagram and/or TikTok.

Entries must be submitted by March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT.

Prize Structure

Grand Prize (1 winner)

  • Free custom illustrated Save the Date design when booking the Save the Date + Invitation bundle

  • 50% off up to two additional assets within the same project

Additional Prizes (3 winners)

  • $600 off the Save the Date + Invitation bundle

  • 50% off one additional asset within the same project

All Entrants

  • $200 off the Save the Date + Invitation bundle if booked within 30 days of entry

All prizes apply to digital design services only. Printing, production, and shipping are not included.

Prize Conditions

  • The Save the Date + Invitation bundle normally priced at $1,400 will be reduced according to the applicable prize tier.

  • Discounted or complimentary assets must be used within the same project and cannot be split across multiple projects.

  • Additional assets refer to primary or secondary design assets offered by Hello QT Studio.

  • Complimentary or discounted assets are limited to Hello QT Studio’s standard design scope.

Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to past bookings.

Booking Requirements

To redeem a prize:

  • The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.

  • The project must begin within 60 days of winner announcement.

  • All work must follow Hello QT Studio’s standard contract, process, and payment terms.

  • The Save the Date completion date must be at least 8 weeks after the giveaway closes to allow adequate design and printing time.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that completed designs from prize-winning projects may be featured in Hello QT Studio’s portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.

General Conditions

Hello QT Studio reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries, and modify or cancel the Giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
